Raquel graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Public Health. After graduating, she started her career in employee benefits at The Standard Insurance Company in Portland, Oregon. After 12 years, she decided to make a change in her career. In 2026 she joined Cascade Wealth Management as a Wealth Advisor Assistant. During her time in the insurance industry, Raquel provided a high level of customer service and worked closely in a team & with clients. She understands the importance of meeting client needs and building trust and relationships.
In early 2023, Raquel and her husband moved from Portland to Bend, Oregon. Outside of work, Raquel enjoys the wonderful outdoors of Central Oregon with her husband. They like to run, hike, bike, volunteer around town, and they recently picked up paddle boarding. When taking a break from activities, Raquel appreciates watching a good show and hanging out with their four-year-old cats, Rajah and Aurora.
